Colin Wilson scored twice in 19 seconds and Kevin Shattenkirk recorded three assists as Team USA hung a 12-0 shutout on beleaguered Kazakhstan at the WJCs USA moves to 3-0 in the preliminary round and takes on undefeated Canada in a New Year’s Eve matchup.
